My Books
When I started writing Evermore, the world was heading into this incredibly divisive place, and I thought Fairy Tales, Fairy Tales had always been my safe place, and Fairy Tales would be an amazing vehicle to strike back at this .
Life imitates art, and I thought, how much fun would it be to throw all of these different characters that traditionally would not relate well and show how much stronger we are together and how so often our differences are skin deep, how we truly need each other. I wanted to drive a knife into the heart of the ‘us’ and ‘them’ idea. And no matter how painful and hard our world gets, my heart belongs to Fairy Tales. A part of me will always live there. You can find Evermore on Amazon. |
Jenny’s Letter is a short story that wrote about abusive relationships and Mental Health. It was incredibly hard to write, but I had something to say. I have submitted it to The Commonwealth Short Story Awards and I will keep you updated as to how it goes. You can read the short story here.
